By accessing and using Yolda's restaurant management platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including restaurant owners, staff members, and administrators.
Yolda provides a comprehensive restaurant management platform that includes:
- Order management and processing systems
- Inventory tracking and management
- Staff scheduling and coordination tools
- Customer relationship management
- Financial reporting and analytics
- AI-powered insights and recommendations
- Integration with third-party delivery platforms
- Point-of-sale (POS) system compatibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance

Cancellation

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial months of service
- Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yolda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your restaurant operations in accordance with these Terms.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages
- Offline functionality available for critical operations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yolda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Business interruption
- Cost of substitute services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yolda, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any data or content you submit through the Service
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- At our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
